About Me
Massage therapist. Â Passionate about helping people and horses feel their best.
My Story
Equilibrium Massage Therapy was born from my belief that massage isn't simply about treating a problem. It's about understanding the individual, listening to what their body is telling us and helping them find their own balance.
I’ve been around horses since childhood, and they’re the reason I found massage. In my midtwenties I suffered two prolapsed discs and was advised to stop riding. Massage played a central role in my recovery, allowing me not only to return to the saddle but to compete at Intermediate level eventing.
My interest in massage began with human training at night school, originally to understand and support my own back. In 2007 I qualified with the Montana School of Horse Massage, enabling me to work confidently with both my own horses and others. After many years in the pharmaceutical industry, I returned to massage fulltime, combining human and equine work under Equilibrium Massage.
I bring a calm, intuitive and thorough approach to every session, shaped by decades of riding, handson experience, and a strong understanding of how bodies move and compensate. My aim is always to improve comfort, mobility and longterm wellbeing.
